Delivery ( Australian Orders)
We use Australia Post to ship orders
Regular Post is $20 and Express Post is $30 and ready orders will be sent daily Monday-Friday.
Custom Made orders can take 2- 3 weeks to be made and will be sent on completion.
Please allow an average of 5-7 business days* to receive your orders in Australia as delivery time depends on your location with regional areas often requiring extra time.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages that are delayed in transit. Once the parcel has been dispatched a tracking number will be sent to customers to track with Australia Post. If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process or your parcel is unclaimed? unsuccessful in delivery, we reserve the right to charge a reshipment fee.

Delivery ( International Orders)
We use Australia Post to ship our international orders, please check on the Australia Post Website if your country is on the list Australia Post is able to send parcels to.
Our Shipping services have a 10-30 days delivery time for international orders. ( please note that shipping time varies per destination and in some case can take up to 2 months) Please note that this does not include customer processing delays We will email you when your order has been dispatched with the tracking number.
All international orders will require a signature to send, you will be required to collect your item at a local post office.
Any overseas customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination must be paid by the recipient of the order. Customs policies and charges vary from one country to another and we recommend that you contact your local customer office for more information.
Where charges are due this may impact the time it takes your order to reach you.
Are there any delays to customs clearance because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic?
Due to increased government regulation worldwide during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we anticipate that there will be some delays affecting the passage of mail through customs. This depends on the local customs regulations for each impacted country, region and territory.

If there are weather issues in your country at the time of transit, this can cause further delay.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details- please ensure to check your junk/spam folder
NOTE - PUBLIC HOLIDAYS All ready made orders placed on an Australian Public Holiday will be dispatched the following business day.
Returns
We do not return or exchange items for change of mind
All items are quality controlled and checked prior to being dispatched. All items are also handmade using vintage materials and are shabby in nature i.e are meant to have fraying edges and may have imperfections.
Should you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 24 hours. We will require a photograph of the damaged area.
All goods will be inspected on return. If the item has a minor problem we will repair it and return it to you, alternatively a refund ill be processed if this cannot happen.
Please note that a refund will not be processed if we do not receive the goods.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty
Damaged, soiled or altered returns may not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded, nor will any postage costs incurred by returning the item to us unless the item is faulty.
