How long will it take to get my pre-order item?

Once your order is made, it will take 2-3 weeks to hand make the item and send it to you.

How long do ready made orders take to send?

We send your ready made order the following day after your order is made, excluding weekends and public holidays. Sending times will vary due to location, please see Aus Post website for more information.

What materials do you use?

We use vintage and pre-loved materials including laces and floral adornments.

Where do you source your materials from?

We source all of our materials from op shops, vintage stores and Etsy including laces and floral adornments. Occasionally for special orders we will order specially made fabric that’s made in Australia from sustainable fabrics.

Where are you located?

We are blessed to grow our roses and create our shabby shabby couture on our daily farm located on the Canola Trail in Temora NSW Australia.

What are your fairy bow wing sizes?

We have size small ( approx 1-3 years ) wingspan approx 17- 20 

Size Medium ( approx 3-7 years) 

Large ( approx 7-12 years )

Why does the wingspan size vary?

The wings have wire in them so it depends on how round or flat you shape the bow in determining wingspan size.

Do you do custom orders?

If you have something you would like custom made, such as an extra large room bow, or special material request we would love to create them for you!

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

For our pre-order pieces we ask that you take time to order what you love, as due to it being a unique and bespoke order especially for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless they are damaged. 

For ready made pieces, we offer an exchange option if you change your mind. This does not include if you choose to get bespoke hand painting on the ready made item.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. 

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours. We will require a photograph of the damaged area.

 All goods will be inspected on return. If the items have a minor problem we will repair and send back to you, alternatively a refund will be processed.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. Damaged, soiled or altered items may not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. 

Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded.

ROSES

Are you selling your roses?

At the moment we aren’t selling our roses as they are still too small, we are hoping to start selling direct to public and florists in Spring/Summer 2023.

What roses do you have?

Hybrid tea roses in the following varieties: Charles de Gaulle, Julia’s Rose, Ice Girl, Moon Glow, Fairytale Queen, Parole, Fire Fighter, Candy Stripe. Floribunda rose in Sweet Honey,  and David Austin ‘ Olivia’ Rose. 

What products do you use on your roses?

We try to be as natural as possible, however do use a rose shield for pests and black spot if necessary. We Seasol our roses weekly in growing seasons, lime sulphur at pruning season and black marvel rose food 4 times a year.

We currently offer Pay Pal and afterpay as payment options on our website. Both are secure for all online orders and no card details are stored.
